"Talk Neuro to Me (Fala-me Neuro)" is a Neuroscience communication project entirely in Portuguese, developed to respond to the Portuguese population's growing need for reliable and accessible information related to Neuroscience. This project brings neuroscientists closer to the public, encouraging debate on current and controversial topics about the brain and mind at a local, regional and national level.

 

Our mission is to democratize neuroscientific literacy for all ages and social groups, foster curiosity, and combat misinformation. We intend to promote discussion of recent advances in brain research and showcase the science carried out by Portuguese researchers in Portugal and around the world. We see ourselves as the driving force of neuroscientific communication in Portugal for the coming years, to sow and foster curiosity about topics related to the brain and mind in Portuguese-speaking communities.
